ハウスルール

West side "NAGAYA"（以下「当施設」という。）では、お客さまに安全にかつ快適にお過ごしいただくため、宿泊約款第10 条に基づき、以下のとおりハウスルールを定めております。本ルールをお守りいただけない時は、宿泊又は施設のご利用をお断り申し上げます。また、本ルールを守られないことによって生じた事故については、当施設は責任を負いかねますので、特にご留意くださるようお願い申し上げます。

West side "NAGAYA" has established the following house rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions in order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. If you do not comply with these rules, we will refuse your accommodation or use of our facilities. Additionally, this facility cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to failure to follow these rules, so please be especially mindful of this.

1．施設ご利用について

(1) 施設内はバルコニーを除いて土足厳禁です。

(2) 施設内に掲示してある避難経路図及び各階の非常口をご確認ください。

(3) ご在室中や特に就寝の際は、必ず内鍵をおかけください。

(4) 施設内はバルコニーを含めてすべてのエリアが禁煙です。喫煙はお断りいたします。また玄関前での喫煙も固く禁止させていただきます。 　　　　　 

 ※施設内での喫煙が判明した場合は、違約金として50,000円をいただきます。

(5) 宿泊予約（登録）されたお客さま、人数でご利用ください。予約したお客さま以外の者の宿泊、異なる人数での利用・滞在は禁止させていただきます。 ※宿泊人数のオーバー、虚偽人数での予約、予約者以外の利用・滞在があった場合は、オーバー又は虚偽のあった人数に対して1名毎に5,000円の違約金をいただくことがあります。

(6) 施設内では、当施設の許可なく暖房用・炊事用等の火気、キャンドル等をご使用しないでください。施設内での調理は配備している調理器具をご利用願います。

(7) ランプシェードに衣類を掛けたり、洗濯物等を干したりしないでください。

(8) 当施設の許可なく客室を営業行為（展示会・事務所・その他）等ご宿泊以外の目的でご利用しないでください。

(9) パーティ等で騒ぎ立てることは固く禁止させていただきます。特に22時から7時までは近隣に配慮頂きお静かにお過ごしください。

(10) ペットの宿泊は条件付きで認めています。必ず事前にご連絡ください。

(11) 施設内に設置・配備しているインテリアや備品（トイレットペーパー等）を持ち帰らないでください。

(12) 施設内の家具、家電、寝具等は丁寧にお使いください。万が一破損、汚損した場合には速やかにお知らせください。 ※ポケットWi-Fiの紛失は100,000円、家具・家電寝具・備品等の破損・汚損は弁償金として同等商品の新品料金をいただきます。 ※嘔吐等による家具・寝具・備品等の汚損は理由に関わらず一律50,000円をいただきます。

(13) 当施設の許可なく施設内の家具・家電・備品等を移動したり、施設内に造作を施し、あるいは改造したりしないでください。

(14) 施設内のゴミは「可燃ゴミ（燃えるゴミ）」「不燃ゴミ（燃えないゴミ）」「カン・ビン・ペットボトル」に分別してキッチンのゴミ箱に入れてください。

※キッチンのゴミ箱がいっぱいになりましたら、玄関前の大型ゴミ箱に移してください。大型ゴミ箱もいっぱいになりましたら回収しますのでお知らせください。その場合業者への手配がありますので回収希望日の2日前までにお知らせください。スーツケース、ベビーカー等の粗大ゴミはお持ち帰りください。普通ゴミとして処理できない残置物がある場合、処分費用を請求させていただきます。

(15) フェイスタオル、バスタオルは最初にご提供した数のみです。追加・交換はできませんので汚れた場合は、お手数ですが、ご自身で洗濯をお願いします。

(16) トイレは座っての使用をお願いします。また、トイレットペーパーは流し、トイレットペーパー以外は流さないようにお願いします。さらに使用後は水を流してください。

※キッチンのゴミ箱がいっぱいになりましたら、玄関前の大型ゴミ箱に移してください。大型ゴミ箱もいっぱいになりましたら回収しますのでお知らせください。その場合業者への手配がありますので回収希望日の2日前までにお知らせください。スーツケース、ベビーカー等の粗大ゴミはお持ち帰りください。普通ゴミとして処理できない残置物がある場合、処分費用を請求させていただきます。

(15) フェイスタオル、バスタオルは最初にご提供した数のみです。追加・交換はできませんので汚れた場合は、お手数ですが、ご自身で洗濯をお願いします。

(17) 長期の宿泊利用により、居住に関する法律上の権利が発生するものではないことをご了承ください。

(18) 外出時は、エアコン、テレビ、照明などの家電製品の電源はお切りください。また、扉や窓の鍵はおかけのうえお出かけください。

(19) 未成年者のみのご宿泊は、保護者の許可がない限りお断りいたします。

(20) 原則、チェックイン時間は16時、チェックアウト時間は10時ですので厳守ください。事前に相談もなく時間を過ぎてもチェックアウトされない場合は、1時間毎に5,000円の超過料金を請求させていただきます。

1. Regarding facility use 

(1) Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the facility, except on the balcony. 

(2) Please check the evacuation route map posted within the facility and the emergency exits on each floor. 

(3) Please be sure to lock the door inside the room while you are in the room and especially when going to bed. (4) Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility, including balconies. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking in front of the entrance is also strictly prohibited. 　　　　　

 *If smoking is found within the facility, a penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged. 

(5) Please use the service according to the number of guests who have made a reservation (registered). Accommodation by anyone other than the guest who made the reservation, or use or stay by a different number of people, is prohibited. 

*If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests, if the reservation is made with a false number of people, or if a person other than the person making the reservation uses or stays, a penalty of 5,000 yen per person may be charged for the number of guests exceeded or false. 

(6) Please do not use flames for heating or cooking, candles, etc. within the facility without permission from the facility. When cooking in the facility, please use the cooking utensils provided. 

(7) Do not hang clothes or dry laundry on the lampshade. 

(8) Please do not use the guest room for any purpose other than lodging, such as business activities (exhibitions, offices, etc.) without permission from this facility. 

(9) Making noise at parties, etc. is strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of your neighbors and remain quiet, especially from 10pm to 7pm. 

(10) Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Please be sure to contact us in advance. 

(11) Please do not take home interior decorations or equipment (toilet paper, etc.) installed or provided within the facility. 

(12) Please use the furniture, home appliances, bedding, etc. in the facility with care. In the unlikely event that it is damaged or soiled, please notify us immediately. 

*If you lose your pocket Wi-Fi, you will be charged 100,000 yen, and if you damage or stain furniture, home appliances, bedding, equipment, etc., you will be charged the cost of a new equivalent product as compensation. *If furniture, bedding, equipment, etc. are soiled due to vomiting, etc., a flat fee of 50,000 yen will be charged regardless of the reason. 

(13) Please do not move furniture, home appliances, fixtures, etc. within the facility, or make any features or alterations within the facility without permission from the facility. 

(14) Please separate the garbage in the facility into combustible garbage, non-burnable garbage, and cans, bottles, and plastic bottles and place them in the kitchen trash can. 

*When the trash can in the kitchen is full, please move it to the large trash can in front of the entrance. Please let us know when the large trash can is full so we can collect it. In that case, we will make arrangements with a company, so please let us know at least 2 days before the desired collection date. Please take away bulky trash such as suitcases and strollers. If there are any leftover items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, a disposal fee will be charged. 

(15) Face towels and bath towels are limited to the number initially provided. We cannot add or replace items, so if they get dirty, please wash them yourself. 

(16) Please use the toilet while sitting. Also, please flush toilet paper and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Furthermore, please flush the water after use. 

(17) Please note that long-term accommodation does not give rise to any legal rights regarding residence. 

(18) When going out, please turn off home appliances such as air conditioners, televisions, and lights. Also, please lock the doors and windows before going out. 

(19) We do not allow minors to stay overnight unless they have permission from their guardian. 

(20) As a general rule, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00, so please adhere to them. If you do not check out after the specified time without prior consultation, we will charge you an overage fee of 5,000 yen per hour.

2．玄関ドアテンキーについて

(1) 滞在中当施設からおでかけの際は、必ず施錠をお願いします。

(2) 宿泊予約（登録）されたお客さま以外には、当施設キーボックス番号を知らせないでください。

2. About the entrance door key 

(1) Please be sure to lock the door when leaving the facility during your stay. 

(2) Please do not provide the facility's key box number to anyone other than the guest who has made a reservation (registration). 

3．お支払い等について

(1) 宿泊料金等は、予約サイトで予約時にそれぞれの予約サイトで指定されてお支払方法にてお支払いください。

(2) その他サービス利用に伴う料金が発生した場合は、別途料金をお支払いください。

3. Regarding payment etc. 

(1) Please pay accommodation fees, etc. on the reservation site using the payment method specified on each reservation site at the time of reservation. 

(2) If other fees are incurred due to the use of the service, please pay them separately. 

4．反社会的勢力等、公序良俗に反するおそれのある場合について

当施設のご利用者が次の各号に該当すると認められるときは、直ちにご利用をお断りし、当施設から退去していただきます。なお、ご予約後又はご利用中にその事実が判明した場合には、その時点でご利用をお断りいたします。

(1) 暴力団員、暴力団関係団体又は関係者、その他反社会的勢力等であると判明した場合

(2) 暴力、脅迫、恐喝、威圧的な不当要求及びこれに類する行為が認められる場合

(3) 過去に当施設から利用の拒否を通告された者

(4) 賭博や風紀を乱すような行為、又は近隣の迷惑になるような言動をした場合

(5) 心神耗弱、薬物、飲酒による自己喪失など、ご自身の安全確保が困難な時や、近隣に危険や恐怖感、不安感を及ぼす恐れがあると認められる場合

(6) 当施設内又は近隣で、大声、放歌及び喧騒な行為等で、他者に嫌悪感を与えたり、迷惑を及ぼした場合

(7) 上記各号に類する行為がある場合

４. Regarding cases where there is a risk of violating public order and morals, such as anti-social forces 

If a user of our facility is found to fall under any of the following items, we will immediately refuse use of the facility and ask them to leave the facility. If this fact is discovered after making a reservation or during use, we will refuse your use at that time. 

(1) If the person is found to be a member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group, a related person, or other anti-social forces, etc. 

(2) If violence, intimidation, blackmail, coercive unreasonable demands, or similar acts are observed. 

(3) Persons who have been notified of refusal of use by this facility in the past. 

(4) If the person engages in gambling, acts that disturb public morals, or engages in behavior that may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood. 

(5) When it is difficult to ensure your own safety due to mental deterioration, loss of self due to drugs or alcohol, or when it is recognized that there is a risk of causing danger, fear, or anxiety to the neighborhood. 

(6) If you cause disgust or inconvenience to others by shouting, singing, or making a commotion within the facility or in the vicinity. 

(7) If there is an act similar to each of the above items.

5．持ち込み禁止物、禁止行為について

(1) 持ち込み禁止物

• 認められたペット及び身体障害者補助犬以外の動物、鳥、その他のペット類
• 火薬、揮発油、その他発火又は引火性の物
• 悪臭を発する物
• 法令等により所持を禁じられているもの

(2) 禁止行為

• 当施設の許可なく広告、宣伝物の配布、物品の販売、勧誘等
• 当施設の許可なく営業を目的とした写真、ビデオ撮影等
• 当施設内及び近隣周辺において、指定喫煙所以外での喫煙等

5. Regarding prohibited items and prohibited acts 

(1) Prohibited items 

・Animals, birds, and other pets other than approved pets and assistance dogs for people with disabilities

 ・Gunpowder, volatile oil, and other ignitable or flammable materials 

・Things that emit a bad odor 

・ Items whose possession is prohibited by law, etc. 

(2) Prohibited acts 

・ Advertising, distributing promotional materials, selling goods, soliciting, etc. without permission from this facility 

・Photography, videography, etc. for business purposes without permission from this facility 

・Smoking in areas other than designated smoking areas within this facility and in the surrounding area.

6．ハウスルールの変更等

(1) 当施設は、当施設の裁量により、本ルールを変更することがあります。

(2) 当施設が本ルールを変更する場合、ルールを変更する旨及び変更後のルールの内容ならびにその効力発生日について、効力発生日の１ヶ月前までに、当施設ホームページに掲載します。

(3) 変更後のルールの効力発生日以降に、お客さまが本ルールに基づく当施設のサービスをご利用されたときは、本ルールの変更に同意されたものとみなします。

(4) 本ルールの解釈及び効力は、日本法に準拠します。

6. Changes in house rules, etc. 

(1) The facility may change these rules at its discretion.

 (2) If our facility changes these rules, we will post the fact that the rules have been changed, the contents of the changed rules, and their effective date on our homepage at least one month before the effective date. 

(3) If the customer uses the services of this facility based on these rules after the effective date of the changed rules, it will be deemed that the customer has agreed to the changes to these rules. 

(4) The interpretation and effect of these rules shall be governed by Japanese law.

宿泊約款

（適用範囲）

第1条　West side"NAGAYA" （以下「当施設」という。）がお客さまとの間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。

2．当施設が、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。

Accommodation terms and conditions

(Scope of application) 

Article 1：Accommodation contracts and related contracts entered into by this facility with customers shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs. It shall be based on the following. 

2. If this facility accepts a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph. 

（宿泊契約の申込み）

第2条　当施設に宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当施設に申し出ていただきます。

(1)　宿泊するお客さまの氏名

(2)　宿泊日及び到着予定時刻

(3)　宿泊料金等への合意（別表第1による）

(4)　その他当施設が必要と認める事項

2．お客さまが、宿泊中に前項第2号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当施設は、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申込みがあったものとして対応いたします。

(Application for accommodation contract) 

Article 2： A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility must provide the following information to the facility. 

(1) Name of guest staying overnight 

(2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival 

(3) Agreement on accommodation fees, etc. (according to Attached Table 1) 

(4) Other matters deemed necessary by this facility. 

2. If a customer requests to continue their stay beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, our facility will respond to the request as if it had been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. 

（宿泊契約の成立等）

第3条　宿泊契約は、当施設が第2条の申込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当施設が承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。

2．前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、成立した宿泊契約における宿泊期間の宿泊料金等を限度として当施設が定める申込金を、当施設が指定する日までに、お支払いいただきます。

3．申込金は、まず、お客さまが最終的に支払うべき宿泊料金等に充当し、第6条及び第18条の規定を適用する事態が生じたときは、違約金に次いで賠償金の順序で充当し、残額があれば、第12条の規定による料金の支払いの際に返還します。

4．第2項の申込金を同項の規定により当施設が指定した日までにお支払いいただけない場合は、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。ただし、申込金の支払期日を指定するに当たり、当施設がその旨をお客さまに告知した場合に限ります。

(Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.) 

Article３： The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the facility accepts the application set forth in Article 2. However, this does not apply if the facility proves that it has not given consent. 

2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by this facility, which is limited to the accommodation fee for the period of stay in the established accommodation contract, must be paid by the date specified by this facility. 

3. The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee, etc. that the customer ultimately has to pay, and if a situation arises in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the application fee will be applied to the cancellation fee and then to compensation. However, if there is any remaining amount, it will be returned at the time of payment of fees pursuant to the provisions of Article 12. 

4. If the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by this facility pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this will only apply if the facility notifies the customer of this when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.

（申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約）

第4条　第3条第2項の規定にかかわらず、当施設は契約の成立後同項の申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約に応じることがあります。

2．宿泊契約の申込みを承諾するに当たり、当施設が第3条第2項の申込金の支払いを求めなかった場合及び当該申込金の支払期日を指定しなかった場合は、前項の特約に応じたものとして取り扱います。

(Special agreement that does not require payment of application fee) 

Article４：Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, this facility may accept a special agreement in which payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph is not required after the conclusion of the contract. 

2. If this facility does not request the payment of the application fee set forth in Article 3, Paragraph 2, or does not specify the payment date for the application fee when accepting an application for an accommodation contract, the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be accepted. It will be treated as

（宿泊契約締結の拒否）

第5条　当施設は、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。

(1)　宿泊の申し込みが、この約款によらないとき。

(2)　満室により客室の余裕がないとき。

(3)　宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の 規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反す る行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。

(4)　宿泊しようとする者が、次のイからハに該当す ると認められるとき。

　イ　暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律（平成3年法律第77号）第2条第2号に規定する暴力団（以　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　下「暴力団」という。）、同法第2条第6号に規定する暴力団員（以下「暴力団員」という。）、暴力団準構成員又は暴力団関係者その他の反社会的勢力

　ロ　暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき

　ハ　法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当する者があるもの

(5)　宿泊しようとする者が、他のお客さまに著しい迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあると認められるとき。

(6)　宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。

(7)　宿泊に関し暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。

(8)　天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。

(Refuse to conclude accommodation contract) 

Article 5：The facility may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases. 

(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions. 

(2) When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy. 

(3) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may engage in acts that violate the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals. 

(4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following (A) to (C). 

(A). Organized crime groups as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups"), Article 2, Item 6 of the same Act. Members of organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as "members of organized crime groups"), quasi-members of organized crime groups, persons associated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces. 

(B). When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities. 

(C). Corporations whose officers are members of organized crime groups 

(5) When it is recognized that the person attempting to stay overnight is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests. 

(6) When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease. 

(7) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded. 

(8) When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.

（お客さまの契約解除権）

第6条　お客さまは、当施設に申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。

2．当施設は、お客さまがその責めに帰すべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合（第3条第2項の規定により当施設が申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払いを求めた場合であって、その支払いより前にお客さまが宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。）は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当施設が第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、お客さまが宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払義務について、当施設がお客さまに告知したときに限ります。

3．当施設は、お客さまが連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の24時（あらかじめ到着予定時刻が明示されている場合は、その時刻を3時間経過した時刻）になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約はお客さまにより解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。その場合、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。

4．第2項にかかわらず、当施設が指定する宿泊プラン等の商品に関する宿泊契約並びに特定日における宿泊契約の解除及び当施設が指定する特定の団体との宿泊契約における解除については、別表第2とは異なる規定による違約金を申し受けることがあります。ただし、お客さまが宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金（別表第2とは異なる規定による違約金）支払義務について、当施設がお客さまに告知したときに限ります。

(Customer's right to cancel contract) 

Article 6： The customer may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the facility. 

2. If the customer cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the customer (pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the facility will specify the due date for the payment of the application fee. (Excluding cases where the customer cancels the accommodation contract before making the payment), the customer will be charged a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, in the event that our facility accepts the special agreement set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, in accepting the special agreement, we will notify the customer of the obligation to pay a penalty fee when the customer cancels the accommodation contract. Only when notified. 

3. If the customer does not contact us and does not arrive by 24:00 on the day of their stay (if the expected time of arrival is specified in advance, 3 hours after that time), the facility will cancel the reservation. The contract may be treated as having been canceled by the customer. In that case, you will be charged a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. 

4. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2, regarding accommodation contracts for products such as accommodation plans designated by this facility, cancellation of accommodation contracts on specific dates, and cancellation of accommodation contracts with specific organizations designated by this facility, please refer to attached table 2. You may be charged a penalty fee based on different regulations. However, this is limited to when the facility notifies the customer of the obligation to pay a penalty fee (penalty fee based on provisions different from Attached Table 2) when the customer cancels the accommodation contract.

（当施設の契約解除権）

第7条　当施設は、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。

(1)　お客さまが宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、又は同行為をしたと認められるとき。

(2)　お客さまが次のイからハに該当すると認められるとき。

　　イ　暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員又は暴力団関係者その他の反社会的勢力

　　ロ　暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき

　　ハ　法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当する者があるもの

(3)　お客さまが他のお客さまに著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。

(4)　お客さまが伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。

(5)　宿泊に関し暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。

(6)　天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により宿泊させることができないとき。

(7)　宿泊しようとする者が、泥酔等により他のお客さまに迷惑をおよぼすおそれがあると認められるとき。

(8)　寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、その他当施設が定めるハウスルールの禁止事項（火災予防上必要なものに限る。）に従わないとき。

2．当施設は、お客さまが合理的な理由なく次に掲げる事項に応じない場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。

(1) 顔写真付き本人確認書類の提示

(2) 職業及び勤務先の開示

(3) 住所の開示

3．当施設が前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、お客さまは宿泊前であっても、第６条２項に基づき違約金を申し受けます。なお、すでに支払い済みの宿泊料金等がある場合、当施設はお客さまに対し返金の義務を負わないものとします。

(1) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the customer will commit an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that the customer has committed the same act. 

(2) When the customer is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C: 

A. Organized crime groups, organized crime members, associate members of organized crime groups, organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces 

B. When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities. 

C. Corporations whose officers are members of organized crime groups 

(3) When a customer engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other customers. 

(4) When the customer is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease. 

(5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded. 

(6) When accommodation is not possible due to reasons beyond force majeure such as natural disasters. 

(7) When it is recognized that the person attempting to stay overnight is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. 

(8) When sleeping in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or otherwise disobeying the prohibited house rules established by this facility (limited to those necessary for fire prevention). 

2. This facility may cancel the accommodation contract if the customer does not comply with the following items without reasonable grounds. 

(1) Presentation of identity verification document with photo 

(2) Disclosure of occupation and place of work 

(3) Disclosure of address 3. If this facility cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the customer will be subject to a penalty fee in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 2, even before accommodation. Please note that if there are accommodation fees that have already been paid, the facility will not be obligated to refund the amount to the customer.

（宿泊の登録）

第８条　お客さまは、宿泊日当日、当施設のフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。

(1)　お客さまの氏名、年齢、性別、住所及び職業

(2)　日本人にあっては、顔写真付き身分証明書、外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日

(3)　出発日及び出発予定時刻

(4)　その他当施設が必要と認める事項

　ご登録いただく個人情報は、宿泊業務全般を行うために使用するものであり、それ以外の目的で使用することはありません。また、電話、郵送、ファックス、Ｅメール等によりご予約の確認をさせていただく場合がございます。なお、正当な理由がない限り、お客さまの個人情報を第三者に開示・提供することはありません。

2．日本政府（厚生労働省）からの通達により、日本に住所のない外国人のお客さまに対して、旅券の呈示を求めるとともに旅券の写しを保存させていただきます。

（客室の使用時間）

第9条　お客さまが当施設の客室を使用できる時間は、午後4時から翌朝10時までとします。ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。 

２．当施設は、前項の規定にかかわらず、チェックアウト当日にそのあとの予約がないときは、事前にご相談いただいたときのみ時間外の客室の使用に応じることがあります。この場合には次の追加料金を申し受けます。

(1) 超過3時間までは、宿泊料金の3分の1

(2) 超過6時間までは、宿泊料金の2分の1

(3) 超過6時間以上は、宿泊料金の全額

(3) For over 6 hours or more, the full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged.

第10条　お客さまは、当施設内においては、当施設が定めて施設内内に備え置いている又は当施設ホームページ掲載のハウスルールに従うものとします。

2．前項の他、お客さまは当施設内においては、当施設が定めて施設内に掲示した利用ルール等に従うものとします。

2．前項に基づき当施設管理者が当施設に立ち入った際には、当該お客さまに対し速やかに立ち入った旨及びその理由を伝えることとします。

3．当施設がお客さまに客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、お客さまが任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金等は申し受けます。

（当施設の責任及び免責）

第13条　当施設は、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の履行に当たり、又はそれらの不履行によりお客さまに損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当施設の責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。

2．当施設は、お客さまが施設内でインターネット接続などのコンピューター通信を利用されたことによって生じた機器の障害、ソフトウエアの障害、通信の成否等による損害については一切の責任を負わないものとします。また、システム障害や技術的問題によりご利用いただけなかったことや、通信の中断によって生じた損害についても一切の責任を負わないものとします。

（契約した客室の提供ができないときの取扱い）

第14条　当施設は、お客さまに契約した客室を提供できないときは、お客さまの了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設を斡旋するものとします。

2．当施設は、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設の斡旋ができないときは、違約金相当額の補償料をお客さまに支払い、その補償料は、損害賠償額に充当します。本項の「違約金相当額の補償料」は別表第2の「契約解除の通知を受けた日」を「補償料支払いの通知をした日」と読み替えることにより算出するものとします。

3．前項にかかわらず、当施設が客室を提供できないことについて、当施設の責めに帰すべき事由がないときは、補償料を支払いません。

3. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if there is no reason attributable to this facility for the facility's inability to provide a guest room, no compensation fee will be paid. 

（寄託物等の取扱い）

第15条　当施設では寄託物等の取扱いは行っておりません。お客さまが当施設内にお持込みになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品に関しては、当施設の故意又は重大な過失により滅失、毀損等の損害をお客さまに与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当施設の責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。

2．お客さまがチェックアウトしたのち、お客さまの手荷物又は携帯品（以下「手荷物等」といいます。）が当施設に置き忘れられていた場合において、当施設は、原則として所有者からの照会の連絡を待ち、その指示を求めます。所有者の指示がない場合は、一定期間保管の後、法令に基づき処理するものとします。ただし、所有者の指示がない揚合又は所有者が判明しないときは、発見日を含め7日間保管後に廃棄するものとします。

3．前項にかかわらず、手荷物等が保管するに当たって衛生上ないし安全管理上その他の理由により保管に適さないものである場合及び飲食物である場合には、当施設は保管義務を負わずただちに廃棄するものとします。

（約款の変更）

2．当施設が本約款を変更する場合、約款を変更する旨および変更後の約款の内容ならびにその効力発生日について、効力発生日の１ヶ月前までに、施設ホームページに掲載します。

３．変更後の約款の効力発生日以降に、お客さまが約款に基づく施設のサービスをご利用されたときは、約款の変更に同意されたものとみなします。
